Reiki is an ancient healing technique that can be used to heal yourself, others, animals, plants and the Earth. The Usui System of Reiki (Usui Shiki Ryoho) was founded in the late 19th century by Dr. Mikao Usui. Usui Reiki has three levels, each with attunements (meaning your energy is raised to the higher frequency of Reiki energy). Reiki energy can only be channeled by people who have been attuned to it by a certified Master.

Usui Reiki Level 1

In this class participants will be introduced to the history and general principles of Reiki, learn the basic hand positions for treatment, and will practice using Reiki on themselves and others in the class.

Upon completion of the workshop each participant is given a Reiki Level 1 training manual and frameable certificate. This class is open to anyone wanting to learn about Reiki, become a Reiki practitioner, or work towards becoming a Reiki Master.

Usui Reiki Level 2

The Reiki 2 attunement provides a higher level of energy vibrations in the student. In this class we will review the information learned in Level 1 and students will learn 3 Reiki symbols.

Upon completion of the class each participant is given a Reiki Level 2 training manual and frameable certificate. This class is open to any current Level 1 Reiki practitioner wanting to deepen their knowledge and/or work towards becoming a Reiki Master.

Level 1 & 2 Training Schedule

Classes are held several times throughout the year. Both levels are two days of training, usually held on Saturdays and Sundays. Private individual and group classes are also available. Please contact info@spiritualessenceyoga.com for more information.
 

Usui Reiki Level 3: Master/Teacher

The Reiki 3 attunement is for those wanting to become a Reiki Master. In this class we will review the information learned in Levels 1 and 2 and participants will learn how to attune others. This class is perfect for those wanting to establish a Reiki business and/or teach Reiki.

Upon completion of the class each participant is given a Reiki Level 3 training manual and frameable certificate. This class is open to any current Level 2 Reiki practitioner wanting to deepen their knowledge and/or work towards becoming a Reiki Master.

Level 3 Training Schedule
